FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
• Start screen recording when the invoice is marked as “waiting for confirmation” and keep recording until you receive the product or successfully claim the Nitro. After that, you can stop the recording.
• When sending to a third party, both parties must start screen recording at the same time and continue recording until the Nitro Boost is successfully claimed.
• Start screen recording before claiming the link. Record your account, subscription status, and the email of the account you’re using. After that, proceed to claim the link, and once it’s successfully claimed, you can stop the recording.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept cropped screen recordings. Your recording must be fully unedited and uncropped, showing the full screen, including the taskbar, date and time, notification bar & all the details should be clearly visible.
• Do not stack the Nitro or add it to Credit. We are not responsible if you choose to add it to Credit or stack it.

REVOKE APPLICATION

• In case of a revoked claim, you must inform us immediately or within 12 hours so we can process compensation.
• We require the email address used for the revoked nitro. Please ensure you show the exact email used in the screen recording, then submit your report using the form below:
